In the spotlight again: murdered Oakdene businessman

A private investigator is hot on the heels of the two suspects who murdered a businessman two months ago.

A private investigator is making major headway in the senseless murder of Oakdene resident and businessman, Lorenzo Cordero who was killed at Taxfin House in The Hill on June 9.

Two assailants managed to sneak into the business premises in Lebanon Road as Lorenzo and his wife, Mechelle, arrived at 05:45.

The private investigator, Peter Kluge who was hired by the family to work hand-in-hand with Moffatview SAPS to bring the suspects to book, thanked the residents who have come forward with information.

Although the information that has come in has allowed for substantial inroads to be made in the case, SAPS still need additional information. “People have come forward and we’ve received valuable information, however, we haven’t made an arrest yet. If more people could come forward with any additional information it would make a huge difference,” said Peter.

Information that will lead to the arrest of the suspects will be rewarded.

Residents who have any information that could assist the Moffatview SAPS and Peter are encouraged to contact Peter on 074 204 6741, email peterkluge10@gmail.com or phone the Moffatview SAPS on 011 405 1539.
