Step into your greatness

You often hear people saying, "What else can I do? I don't have a choice."

“If you keep doing what you are doing, you will keep getting what you are getting.” – Steven Covey

According to the research conducted some years ago, it was found that about 85 per cent of the world’s population does things they don’t like, things they hate. They go to jobs and enter relationships which are killing them. Whenever you go to a job that you know is no longer challenging it automatically creates a proverbial glass ceiling in your life and you become frustrated. This frustration affects other areas of your life, the people you love, relationships you value, how you drive your car and ultimately your perspective on life.

You often hear people saying, “What else can I do? I don’t have a choice.” Oh yes, you do have a choice. Stop playing the victim. Most people die not because of what they are eating but because of what’s eating them. The anger, frustration, hatred, grudges and Complaining Blaming and Criticizing (CBCing) drains your energy and leads to, among other problems, heart attacks, diabetes and high blood pressure. Most people know what’s eating them, what makes them sick everyday, but they play victims by saying, “What else I can do, I don’t have a choice,” and keep on feeding it. Until you take full responsibility for your life (and say I am tired of living a small life and commit to changing it), your life will remain the same. Before your dream dies, give it mouth to mouth resuscitation and loudly say “breathe”. Acknowledge that you won’t know everything, but a coach can help you a great deal in resuscitating your dying dream and claim your life back.

You are born to win.
