Taxi accident in Gleneagles
Six passengers with minor injuries were taken to the South Rand Hospital for medical assistance.
JOHANNESBURG SOUTH – A taxi driver managed to bring his vehicle to a halt after the brakes failed while he was driving towards The Glen Shopping Centre, on Thursday, June 17, at about 08:00.
The driver swerved to avoid traffic and went over the traffic circle, ending up on the opposite side of the dual carriage way.
ER24 and JMPD (Johannesburg Metro Police Department) attended the accident scene. Six passengers with minor injuries were taken to the South Rand Hospital for medical assistance.
No other vehicles were involved.
