This is to prevent you from being isolated should you need assistance. Let’s know who we are meeting to stay safe. Try and take someone with you to the appointment/meeting. Always inform a close friend or family member of your whereabouts and load the application for GPS track on your cellphone, so your family know where you are at all times.
