Excellent service by Ward Councillor Dos Santos

I am truly grateful for the excellent and speedy assistance that was afforded to me by my Ward Councillor, Mr Sergio dos Santos of the DA.

Since July 2014, I have been receiving an incorrect electricity account from City Power due to a new electricity meter that was installed at my residence in June 2014. I sent City Power several emails and telephoned them on several occasions. They gave me reference numbers and acknowledged that they had received my emails.

However, nobody at City Power even tried to assist me to finalise the problem. In desperation I turned to my DA Ward Cllr dos Santos. He attended to my problem immediately and had it sorted out and corrected in an unbelievably short period of time.

He is truly a man of his word and gets things done immediately. I wish there were more people like him, because he does not tell lies or make promises that he cannot keep. He is a truly reliable man who you can depend on in times of need.
