A big thank you to Mondeor High School
Secretary of the Reuven Committee, expressed his thanks and appreciation on behalf of the residents at Reuven Complex to the Mondeor staff and learners for having made the effort to entertain the elderly.
REUVEN – The residents of Reuven Complex wish to express their thanks to the principal, staff and the learners of Mondeor High School, for treating the elderly with a delightful afternoon.
The residents were served by a group of young girl learners dressed in their blue uniforms and accompanied by two female teachers. The afternoon was most enjoyable, especially to be surrounded by young people who were actively involved offering the elderly their services.

“It is also heartening that young people are encouraged at an early age to offer their services, and to mingle with the elderly. They also had to sacrifice their time, because it was done after school hours. The students can be assured that the elderly always enjoy the company of young people,” said Jerry Theys.
