Two Bellavista siblings to face murder charges of Ryan Mutinzi

After several postponements on Ryan Mutinzi's court case due to outstanding evidence, the matter has finally seen light.

Two women accused of killing Ryan Mutinzi (6) appeared again in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on July 28.

The sisters, Desiree and Lungile Ndebele, were arrested on April 27 after members of the Booysens Serious and Violent Crimes Unit followed up on information about Ryan’s body that was discovered discarded in Bellavista.

On their last appearance, Desiree and Lungile were each charged with murder and defeating the ends of justice.

According to the magistrate, she previously postponed the matter because of outstanding evidence, which now has been found and they are ready to proceed.

The suspects are expected to appear in court again on August 17.
