MOFFATVIEW – Over the week of November 27 to December 4, Moffatview SAPS arrested 56 suspects for various crimes: assault common – nine, assault GBH – two, attempted murder – two, drunken driving – one, fraud – three, illegal connection of electricity – one, malicious damage to property – one, possession of drugs – 12, possession of unlicensed firearm – two, possession of suspected stolen goods – four, shoplifting – seven, theft – 10, theft of motor vehicle – one and warrant of arrest – one.
A case of child abandonment was opened; the child was taken to South Rand Hospital. Nobody has been arrested.
