It is reported that the JMPD have just opened fire on residents.
Residents have erupted in anger over the allocation of the new houses in South Hills.
OUTSPAN Road is currently barricaded with burning tyres, stones and wood.
Schools, clinic, Steeldale Pick n Pay hypermarket and local shops have been forced to close.
