RECIPE: Melt in your mouth custard cookies

Combine the deliciousness of custurd and buscuits with this simple recipe.

Try this simple recipe to make some delcious homemade custurd buscuits for the family.

Method

  1. Beat the baking margarine, castor sugar, vanilla and eggs together until light and creamy.

  2. Sift the dry ingredients together.

  3. Add to the egg mixture and mix to a smooth dough, adding a little water or milk if needed.

  4. Roll into small balls and press with a fork or shape with a biscuit press.

  5. Bake at 190°C for 10 – 15 minutes.

    Allow to cool and enjoy.
