Inkwali hip hop muso to release duet single

The hip hop star has been in the booth with vocalist Fifi Cooper.

Inkwali musician TyraQeed has been busy in the studio, cooking up something special for you this festive season. The hip hop star has been in the booth with vocalist Fifi Cooper and their collaboration is a song entitled ‘I’m Ready’, which was produced by TyraQeed and conceptualised by Fifi.

“The song tells a story of young people who were close during high school but for certain personal reasons drifted apart and only by fate did their paths happen to flow in the same direction.

At this time they are both ready to start something new together and are both willing to handle all the obstacles that might occur,” said Innocent Bayanda Mzimela, who is also known by his stage name of TyraQeed, who whispered in the SUN’s ear that the song is about the two of them personally.

“The song is a beautiful blend of hip hip and African pop and critics are tipping it to be a hit, so we hope Mzansi is ready, because we are.”
