Show your sur’paw’t for SPCA’s open day

Donations of dog blankets, old dog leashes and collars are welcome.

Amanzimtoti SPCA invites the Toti public to join them at their premises at 1 Nyati Road for the SPCA’s first open day of the year on Saturday, 26 May from 8.30am to noon.

“All our dog walkers and cat lovers will be on hand on the day to answer any questions you have about any of our gorgeous animals up for adoption,” said SPCA volunteer, Michelle Hannan. “Cathy Keegan and her team from Edu-Paw will be on hand if you want to learn about our rural educational programme.”

Donations of dog blankets, old dog leashes and collars are welcome. Egg and bacon rolls, cold drinks, coffee and baked goodies will be on sale, plus a one-day only half price sale on all shop goods. Any donations of baked goods, either savory or sweet, to sell on the day will be greatly appreciated. Call 031-904-2424/5 and let Zakhona Masoyi Phathakahle or Joelenne know what you can donate.
