Fantastic entertainment planned for uMhlanga Summer Festival

The programme wraps up every afternoon at 1.30pm with a community beach clean-up.

The annual uMhlanga Summer Festival brings a myriad of family-centred holiday activities to uMhlanga for the festive season for visitors and locals alike, from 14 to 23 December.

Of course, being uMhlanga, one of the main areas of focus is the beach. The Beach Festival starts on Thursday, 14 December and continues until 23 December where people are encouraged to participate and join in the fun and games on the uMhlanga Millennium Stage, with daily activities planned around the main beach, as well as on the stage from 10am until 2pm daily.

The programme wraps up every afternoon at 1.30pm with a community beach clean-up to ensure that everyone gets involved in keeping the beaches in their pristine condition.

The season also includes Miss uMhlanga on the Millennium Stage at 11.30am on Saturday, 16 December, uMhlanga Trail Run and Walk at Sibaya from 6am on Sunday, 17 December and Carols under the Stars at Granada Square at 6pm on Wednesday, 20 December.
