SUNDAY, 30 JULY: Sanctuary of the Great White Light hosts its body, mind and soul fair at Amanzimtoti Civic Centre’s supper room from 10am until 4pm. SATURDAY, 5 AUGUST: Jabulani senior citizens’ annual fête from 9am to 2pm at Amanzimtoti Sports Centre where visitors can enjoy tombola, music by DJ Fluffy, delicious food on sale, dance-a-thon, pony rides, the Warner Beach Prep school choir, a coffee cafe, boerewors rolls, pancakes, jams, bric-a-brac, crafts, books and more. Entry is free.
VISIT the Toti Bird Park, one of Amanzimtoti’s local treasures, on any Wednesday mornings from 9.30am and enjoy a delicious tea with cream scones or muffins.
