Petrol-heads revved for motor show

The event includes a NASCA sound off and a huge old and new school show and shine competition.

The Arbour Crossing Motor Show revs off on Sunday, 9 October in the parking lot at Arbour Crossing Retail Centre.

The show is hosted by Arbour Crossing Centre, in association with Pick n Pay Hyper, South Coast Car Radio and Genser Marketing.

The event will include the two most popular motor show segments, a NASCA sound off and a huge old and new school show and shine competition.

“The competition will attract participants from throughout Durban and is quite a thrill for car fanatics,” said Arbour Crossing general manager, Kurt Hoggan.

“You are sure to see some truly extraordinary classic, custom and modified cars. There will also be a stance competition, accommodating both air and static cars.

Some new car dealerships will be on display to showcase what’s on offer at reduced prices. Coca Cola will provide the entertainment and there will be lots of special offers at participating stores.”

Registration opens at 9am and the show runs from 10am to 5pm.

All competition entries close at 3pm.
