TOTI SAPS made 34 arrests for various crimes between Tuesday, 17 March and Monday, 23 March.
One person was arrested for assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm; one for house robbery and attempted murder; two for possession of property presumed to be stolen; six for general theft; seven for residential housebreaking and three for malicious damage to property.
In other cases, six were nabbed for shoplifting; two for possession of dagga; one for drunk driving and reckless and negligent driving; one for breach of peace; three for urinating in public and one person on foot on the highway.
Police also recovered goods including two vehicles; various clothing items, an LG plasma TV; a Samsung plasma TV; firearm with 19 rounds of ammunition and a silver ring.
In drug related recoveries, 100 dagga plants were confiscated along with two dagga slopes.
