With the perfect mix of adrenaline and adventure, they pushed their limits through breathtaking landscapes, tackling both challenging and exhilarating terrain.

The club’s chairman, Barry Walker, said that for Nicky, Shaun and Penny, this year marked their sixth participation, and their loyalty and passion were celebrated during the race briefing.

“Although the distances — 45km on Day 1 and 41km on Day 2 — did not seem daunting on paper, the trails were anything but easy. From gnarly, technical climbs to long, punishing ascents and new forest tracks to navigate, our riders had their work cut out for them,” said Walker.

For the first time, the weather was perfect on both days, making the race even more enjoyable. The team embraced every moment, and excitement is already building for the 2025 event. Walker congratulated all club members who took part.
