Young golfer welcomes generous sponsorship

Seshni is delighted to use her clubs soon.

Young golfer, Seshnie Naidoo, who recently took up the sport was delighted after being sponsored a full set of clubs recently. She took up golf a few months ago and is performing exceptionally well.  Seshni who is an avid cricketer player as well was eager to try out the new sport.  She is part of Kingsway High School’s golf team and will play in the league this year as her cricket schedule allows her. This school’s Chris Botha, was contacted by his friends, Peggy and Dert van Rensburg of Poinsettia Park who are both in their 80’s. The couple loves the game of golf and wanted to hand Peggy’s golf set to an upcoming golfer.

“We couldn’t think of anyone better than Seshnie Naidoo. She is a very talented youngster and as many other cricket players she has a natural talent for golf,” said the school’s marking manager, Mark Cameron.

Seshni is delighted to use her clubs soon.

“Thank you for this wonderful donation. Golf is a sport that helps me de-stress and I am eager to play soon,” said the enthusiastic sports star.
