Members of the Amanzimtoti Athletics Club were eager to lace up their running shoes and hit the road on Saturday morning, 19 September.

Members participated in a small group run, using the Dick King 21km route.

“The runners who attended had a great time and it was a good run. This was a wonderful way for members to stay fit and active since they are unable to participate in organised runs. Small groups of runners enjoy training two to three times a week and then run along various routes on Saturdays. This run was certainly enjoyed by all,” said secretary of the athletics club, Julie-Ann Kruger.
