At the Tonvale 16km race held in Empangeni, C Warren finished 1.39.00, R Warren 1.35.00.

Upcoming races:

• Sani Stagger Marathon and Half Marathon will be held on Saturday, 25 November at Sani Pass, starting at 6am.

• KwaMashu 21km and 10km challenge will be held on Sunday, 3 December, held at the Princess Magogo Stadium starting at 7am.

Membership and social memberships are closed for 2017. Applications for 2018 membership will commence from Wednesday, 6 December. Reflective belts are mandatory for time trials.

Weekly time trials are on Wednesdays at 5.30pm for walkers and at 6pm for runners (both with options of 4km and 8km). Visitors are welcome to join in and should meet at the clubhouse at Hutchison Park. On Saturdays there is an 11km run and walk from the clubhouse at 5.30am for walkers and 6am for runners. Refreshments are served afterwards.
