Athletes are reminded of the following upcoming races – the 100 Capital Classic (24 hour run/walk) which will be held on Friday, 22 September at Alexandra Park in Pietermaritzburg, starting at 6pm and the King Shaka Zulu Memorial (5km/10km run/walk) which takes place on Sunday, 24 September at the Somandla Sports Club, KwaDukuza, starting at 7am.
Thirty-nine athletes participated in time trials on Wednesday, 13 September, where the following results were recorded:
