Women’s doubles tennis team withdraws due to injuries
Thank you to the women who came down to the club to support the team
AMANZIMTOTI Tennis Club’s midweek women’s league team lost last week to a very strong North Coast one side.
On Wednesday, 13 September, the women will travel to Kloof Tennis Club to play their first team.
Regrettably the women’s Saturday doubles team has been withdrawn due to injuries to several players. The men’s team played Glenashley 2 on Sunday, 3 September and recorded a 1–3 loss. It was a great match to watch. Thank you to the women who went down to the club to support the team.
Social tennis continues on Wednesdays, Friday mornings and Saturday afternoon. The club’s development clinic on Saturday mornings from 9am to 10am is up and running during the school term. Take your children down to the club for some free coaching. Racquets are available and children must wear suitable shoes.
