Roger Telemachus to oversee Umkomaas cricket trials
Families and friends of players, cricket enthusiasts and all those associated with UCC are invited
UMKOMAAS Cricket Club (UCC) will host its cricket trials for the 2017/2018 season on Saturday, 29 July at Naidoo Memorial Primary School grounds in Roseneath, Umkomaas, commencing at 9am.
Selection for juniors U11, U13, and U15 is scheduled from 9am to 12pm. Senior selections for KZNCU challenge league , DDCU challenge reserve, DDCU division two are scheduled for 12.30pm onwards.
Interested players and teams are encouraged to register 30 minutes prior to start of the trials. The trials and selection will be overseen by the club’s head coach Roger Telemachus, an ex-Proteas cricketer. Families and friends of players, cricket enthusiasts and all those associated with UCC are invited to go along and show support for their loved ones and enjoy a day of fun with the UCC family. The day is expected to end at 4pm.
