Amanzimtoti ringball players boost national tournament teams
Juan Eksteen made the SA men’s veteran team for this year.
Eleven South Coast Ringball Club players based in Amanzimtoti were selected to represent KZN and Limpopo at the 2017 SA national ringball tournament held in Nelspruit from 17 to 22 July.
Henry Odendaal and Craig Johnson played for the KZN senior men’s team, while Henry Koch, Juan Eksteen and Arrie Breedt played for the men’s veterans team.
Henry Odendaal and Craig Johnson played for the KZN senior men’s team. The KZN senior men’s team won all their matches and tied one to win gold.
Anton van der Walt played for Limpopo’s masters team. Samantha Koch and Erina Erasmus competed for the women’s veterans team, while Chlarissa Hoffman and Bianca Erasmus played for the senior women’s team.
Juan Eksteen also made the SA men’s veteran team for this year.
