Rugby players to shake off long weekend malaise

The club is looking to get its season back on track

THE recent long weekends have been causing problems for the coaching staff at Ethekwini Refractories Amanzimtoti Rugby Club, with players getting married and so on.

However, with all of this now a thing of the past, the club is looking to get its season back on track.

As such, this Friday, 21 April sees the club’s new fourth team taking on Scottburgh at 6.30pm and the third team against Hillcrest at 8pm. Saturday, 22 April sees the first and second teams up against Newcastle Highlanders with kick-off at 1pm and 3pm respectively. The club asks that all its supporters ensure they get down on both days to watch their local teams in action.
