AAC athletes lace up for 2017 time trials
A reminder that the club is taking in membership applications for 2017.
AMANZIMTOTI Athletics Club (AAC) welcomes all members who have joined the club for 2017.
The Phumanathi Champions 5km and 10km walk/run will be held on Sunday 15 January at the Merebank sports ground starting at 6am.
Time trials was well attended on Wednesday, 4 January with a total of 34 participants. The following results were recorded:

Reflective belts are mandatory for time trials.
Weekly time trials are on Wednesday at 5.30pm for walkers and 6pm for runners (both over 4km and 8km). Visitors are always welcome to join and should meet at the clubhouse at Hutchison Park. On Saturdays there is an 11km run and walk from the clubhouse at 5.30am for walkers and 6am for runners. Tea, coffee and biscuits are served afterwards.
