At TGIF Gladys Hughes won the 100 board, but Barry Buckland was not present to win the attendance draw so the pot will rise to R150 next week. Heather Brown got to try her luck in the key game, but unfortunately the key didn’t turn, so that prize will be R2,230 next time.

Entry lists for the women’s handicap singles and drawn trips are on the board, but check your availability for the playing dates before entering. PNB is holding a markers çourse on 22 January 2017. Applications close on 14 January. Members are also urged to bring items for the Christmas hamper. Finally, birthday greetings for the week go to Lesley Stephens-Viviers.
