Tennis league resumes this weekend

The men’s team will play Durban CC 1 at home on Sunday morning, 18 September.

AMANZIMTOTI Tennis Club’s Wednesday and Friday mornings are open for women’s social games.

No social tennis was played last Saturday, the rain got the better of the players.

League recommences this weekend, 17 and 18 September. On Saturday, 17 September both women’s teams will play at home against Bellevue 1 and Bellevue 3 respectively. Play will commence at 1.30pm on four courts. Social players are asked to bear with the club until later in the afternoon when the courts will be available. The women’s matches which should have been played on Saturday, 20 August will be rescheduled.

The men’s team will play Durban CC 1 at home on Sunday morning, 18 September. Players will be contacted. The club’s development clinic is happening each Saturday morning for the duration of the school term. If your child shows an interest in tennis, take them down to the club on Saturday morning from 9am to 10am. There are racquets available for use and children must wear suitable shoes. Madi and Gabriel will be there to show the children how to play the game.
