Tennis 1sts drub Kloof 4-2

AMANZIMTOTI Tennis Club’s first midweek league team played against Kloof on Wednesday, 20 April and won 4-2.

Well played to them.

In the mixed league fixtures played on Saturday, 23 April, the first team drew against Coastal Breeze and the second team lost to North Coast 1–5.

No matches are scheduled for Saturday, 30 April so all courts will be available for social games. The development clinic has been cancelled on Saturday, 30 April due to it being a long weekend. It will recommence on Saturday, 7 May. All youngsters who are interested in learning the game should go down to the courts between 9am and 10am where Madi and Gabriel will show them how it’s done. There are some racquets available and players should wear suitable shoes. With the number of children who attend the clinic growing, the club appeals to its members to assist with training for just an hour. Anyone who can help should be at the club by 9am on Saturday mornings.
