Men’s interclub league commences this Saturday
The Steve Evenwel mixed 2-4-2 was played on Sunday, 10 April.

VAL De Kok, Jacqui Fouche and Joan Van Rensburg were the overall winners for the women’s Victory Kwik Spar trips played on Thursday, 7 April at Winklespruit Bowling Club.
The second session winners were Yvonne Wright, Stella Erasmus and Kathy Harding.
First session was won by Marge Erikson, Gay Jutte and Pipa Hanel. Vera Broskie was the winner of the 100 board.
The attendance draw on Friday was won by Susan Erasmus. As she was not present, it will be carried over.
There was a good turn-out at the Friday evening meal. It was an enjoyable meal and the club thanks Trish, Sandy and Edna for all their hard work in preparing it. This Friday, 15 April, there will be another evening meal. Put your names on the list on the notice board for catering reasons. All are welcome.

Andre Gelderblom and Norma Raath won the first session and Ron and Gay Jutte won the most bowls played. There was good attendance at the bring and braai after the game.
Men who are playing in the interclub league are asked to remember that the first game will be played at Winklespruit Bowling Club on Saturday, 16 April at 1pm for 1.30pm. Members should go along and support their team.
There will be social bowls on Wednesday and Friday afternoons. Take note that the starting time for Wednesday and Friday social bowls is 2.15pm for 2.30pm until further notice.
Members must start playing their club competitions. Congratulations to everyone celebrating their birthdays during the week and a speedy recovery to all those who are not well. The club’s prayers and thoughts are with everyone.
