Social member Judith Keyworthy’s number came up in the attendance draw however she was not at the club, so next week’s prize is worth R150.

Heather Brown’s key was chosen in the draw, and Les tried to open the box in her absence, but sadly it did not fit. Next week’s draw will be worth R7,850.

Julie Sutherland and Amanda Ninow won their Port Natal pairs preliminary round on Saturday to get through to the last 16. However they unfortunately lost their next game on Sunday by one shot.

Well done to Leonie Mills and Tokkie de Kock who made it through to the last eight. However they came across the tough pairing of Glenda Matthews and Bronwyn Webber of Durban in the next round. They were only 18-16 down after 19 ends, but regrettably lost 22-16. The club is proud of all four women for doing so well.
