AMANZIMTOTI Tennis Club midweek league results saw the first team beat Kloof 1 by two sets.
Well done.
The second team’s match against Brighton was not played as sadly, Brighton scratched as they could not put a team together.
Midweek league is now completed so it’s back to social games for all women members. The after-league lunch for all midweek women is on Wednesday, 9 September at Lords and Legends. See notice board for details.
In the women’s match played on Saturday against Westville 2, Toti won 6-0. The men played at home against Mitchell 2 but unfortunately recorded a loss.
On Saturday, 5 September the women’s team plays at home against Kloof 1 and on Sunday, 6 September the men play at home against Westville 2. Once again on Saturday, only two courts are available for social games until the league match is complete.
The development clinic continues to happen on Saturday mornings from 9am to 10am. Take your children down to the club for an hour of coaching by Madi and Gabriel. There are some tennis racquets available for use and children should ideally wear suitable tennis shoes.
