Warnadoone nippers back in action
A reminder to all members that the club AGM is taking place this Sunday at 11am.
WARNADOONE Surf Lifesaving Club’s nipper season has got off to an excellent start.
There was a great turn out on Sunday for the first training session.
The weather was perfect, the sea a bit chilly and the nippers, new and old, had loads of fun. If your child is between the ages of eight and 14 years and would like to learn surf skills, water safety and basic first aid in a fun and safe environment, join in by calling Gavin on 082-725-4649 or email wdnippers@gmail.com.
Warnadoone SLC is situated at 1 Dick King Place, Doonside, in front of Shangri La flats.

Congratulations to all the prize winners at the recent junior and senior dinner and dance. The following members received awards:
- Junior surf competitor: Clio Glenister and Joel Segal.
- Junior beach competitor: Dana Erasmus and Tyron Pontes.
- Senior surf competitor: Lauren Felgate and Keegan Kruger.
- Senior beach compeitior: Jessica Wiggil and Landon Kruger.
- Club captain’s award: Gaelin Kruger.
- Chairman’s award: Mabs Kruger.
- President’s award: Ivan de Beer.
- Clubman of the year: Gavin Fristenberg.
