The race starts at 6.30am from Hutchison Park on Sunday, 12 July.

Here are some interesting facts about the Toti 69er cycle race that is hosted by the Amanzimtoti Cycling Club on Sunday, 12 July:

  • This is the 14th year the race take place.
  • It attracts cyclists from across South Africa.
  • The race offers three distances – a 19km fun ride, 69km for the enthusiasts and 94km for the elite and serious riders.
  • All participants who finish the race receive medals.
  • About 460 cyclists pounded the tar last year from Amanzimtoti to Selbourne.
  • Toti cyclist, Ryan Felgate finished third in the men’s 94km race last year.
