At TGIF the 100 board was won by Pete Shepard. Herman van Zyl was not present to win the members draw, so the pot rises to R250 for next week. Eric Gardner’s number was drawn in the key draw, but the key didn’t fit, so the pot rises to about R2,000 next week.

On Good Friday, 3 April all three greens will be available for social games in the afternoon, however only one green will be available for social bowls in the morning, as the greens are being prepared for the mixed fives festival on Saturday and Sunday, 4 and 5 April. Cardings are up for 11 April for women’s nominated pairs, as are the team selections for the women’s weekend inter-club league. There is also a request for volunteers to help in the kitchen for the Mixed 5’s Festival (4 and 5 April) and the Oppenheimer (12, 19 and 26 April).
