Meet and park at Zephyr, Everton Road (Gillitts turnoff) at 8am
DURBAN Ramblers Hiking Club takes a hike to Delville Wood on Saturday, 20 September.
Call hike leader, Jon on 082-459-1522. Meet at the Assagay Hotel at 1.30pm, to drive through at 1.45pm to the parking area. The walk is through tunnels and waterfalls and is a bit strenuous at the end. No shorter hike.
This hike is graded three, strenuous.
On Sunday, 21 September take a hike to Stockville Road.

Meet and park at Zephyr, Everton Road (Gillitts turn-off) at 8am to walk to St Helier, through Giba Gorge and scramble up to the pylon and Winston Park. Hike continues towards Stockville Valley across grasslands and past interesting old homesteads before the uphill climb back to the cars.
This 17km hike is graded three, strenuous.
