AT Amanzimtoti Tennis Club,the last match of the women’s midweek league was played on Wednesday, 3 September.
Toti 2 beat Brighton by 5–1.
Well done to all the players. The overall results are Toti 1 in second place in first division and Toti 2 in fourth place in second division.
Saturday women’s doubles results are Toti 1 in third place in first division and Toti 2 in fourth place in fourth division.
These were good results against some strong opposition.
The women’s after league lunch will take place on Wednesday, 17 September at Lords and Legends. Morning social tennis will be played until about 11.30am. The July to December lucky draws will take place during lunch.
Social tennis continues on Wednesday and Friday morning and Saturday afternoons. Thank you to Lynne who supplied the delicious cream scones on Saturday afternoon as a fundraiser, and big thanks to the members who bought and enjoyed them.
