EDITOR – Further to my letter dated 20 November 2020, and headlined ‘Face mask remains necessary’, I am impressed that every 24 hours we are updated on Covid-19 health statistics.
Now that our president has declared that anyone not wearing a mask could be prosecuted, fined and jailed, could we also be provided on a 24-hour basis the number of prosecutions, the number of people fined and by how much and the number of people jailed and the length of the sentences.
What is the point of having the best constitution in the world if no action is taken?
