EDITOR – Every year we read articles about monkeys (as on page 10 of last week’s Sun), which pits the pro-monkey faction against the anti-monkey faction and over the years nothing has been resolved.
Let’s get the English terminology right – monkeys are culled not murdered.
Monkeys are animals and nothing more. Murdered is used exclusively for human beings.
We report problem troops of monkeys to Metro Police, it is up to them to resolve the problem. In the past they would come out and cull problem troops to a more manageable size but this has not been done for many years.
We all pay rates so let’s get the Metro Police involved again and let them do their job of culling, end of problem.
