EDITOR – Why does something negative have to happen to stimulate job creation?

Issues like potholes, manholes, water leakage, overgrown bushes, trees falling over and the devastating storm impacts refer.

Surely maintenance should be exercised by personnel who receive enormous fringe benefits and exorbitant salaries?

Yes municipalities, we are making reference. When one purchases a motor vehicle, its roadworthiness has been automatically enforced. The rates and taxes are received but roadworks are pathetic.

Anyone affected in any way should speak up. And don’t be inconvenienced physically or financially.
