I have spent years studying human beings.

How and why have been my questions all these years, which led me to facinating and shocking results that I just had to share with the world.

Helping people has always been my passion since I was a young boy and just like everyone else, I have been in situations where I just felt so overwhelmed by stress and anxiety.

I remember in my early 20s I suffered from severe headaches. I went to the clinic in Winkelspruit where my granny worked before retiring.

When I had my blood pressure checked, I was informed that it was severely high and I could have a stroke if I continued to drink and smoke.

I was advised to live a healthy life and excercise.

I remember clearly that I went straight back to my old lifestyle of drinking and smoking until very late.

Around the age of 27 I started to change my personality and lifestyle.

I now strongly believe in personal development and I practise to channel my brain to think positive on a daily basis.

By doing so I create positive energy that will boost my mental energy, to be able to think without being distracted, to remember the very least.

People who are always grumpy and angry are those who are always negative and they become sick quite often that leads to them aging quickly.

Now people are not aware that keeping the brain healthy is actualy decreasing your aging process and all the unwanted wrinkles, sicknesses that attack us such as memory loss, diabetes and high blood pressure which make us age quickly.

The most important part of the human body is the brain. Without it life can be pretty bad.

Most people are not aware that if you in control of your brain you are in control of your life.

Our thoughts make us or break us and it all depends on the functioning of the brain.

As a young boy I suffered from fear until my 20s. Being a fearful person wasn’t something I was born with but what I inherited.

Scientists believed we where born programmed and some still believe that when a baby is born it comes into this world completely blank and depends on its parents to programme it to function like other human beings.

So it is very important to keep the brain healthy at all times and by doing so, we limit the chances of aging quickly.

We have to feed our brain with positivity in order to experience pleasant emotions such as joy, hope, gratitude, interest, love and so on, and these feelings help us maintain our aging process.
