EDITOR – This person (or rather ‘it’) is savagely cruel and lacking culture, and does not deserve to be associated with being a human or being named an animal as an animal will not do this to another animal.

This barbaric ‘it’ must be named and shamed as our law system in this country will do no justice to this helpless dog.
The owner will get a fine or a very light community service as you can kill, rape and injure innocent people or animals and get away with it by serving a few years in jail and get off on good behaviour if your docket does not get ‘lost’.
