Hate speech mail ‘absolute rubbish’

In reality, this is all part of the ongoing persecution of the white minority, a minority which poses no threat to anyone

EDITOR – So, the ANC has taken Diane Kohler-Barnard’s Facebook post to the so-called ‘Equality’ Court.

They claim the post constitutes ‘hate speech’.

What absolute rubbish. This is of course what one expects from a crude government, diverting attention away from its own misdemeanours and general ineptitude. Hypocrisy is their standard, perfect foil.

The anti-white rantings from ANC top dogs and a variety of sycophants have been part of our daily fare for a considerable time, but nobody says a word.

For example, what does the very wealthy comrade Cyril Ramaphosa intend when he says: “For far too long this country has been controlled by white people. This must come to an end.” And what does ANC Secretary General Gwede Mantashe intend when he warns of “retaliation resulting in racial conflict, strife and general chaos on a national scale?” Sounds like incitement and hate speech to me.

In reality, this is all part of the ongoing persecution of the white minority, a minority which poses no threat to anyone. It is an effective tactic, orchestrated by a failed government.

As for an expectation of justice from the ‘Equality Court’, it is worth reading the relevant legislation. One finds that the ‘Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act of 2000’ is clearly not meant to protect the white minority. My dealings with the SA Human Rights Commission leave one with the same impression.

There is, in my view, a case to be made to the International Criminal Court, in terms of the Rome Statute. As an individual, I take up the considerable challenge.
