Bee attack: Hero in our midst

Who is this super hero who put his own life at risk to save his grandmother from certain death?

EDITOR – Your edition of 12 February refers.

Who is this super hero who put his own life at risk to save his grandmother from certain death?

She was being attacked by a furious swarm of bees and sustained over a thousand bee stings.

Who is this ice cool young man who wrapped a blanket around his granny and himself before carrying her to safety? From this day forward let him be known as Cool Hand Luke, a famous character.

What bravery! What a story!

Who better to champion this youngster’s cause than the South Coast Sun. The mayor should present him with a grand certificate. The headmaster of his school should call him up before the whole assembly and give him due praise.

In these times of doom and gloom here is a silver lining, a rainbow of gold which makes us proud to have him as one of our own. Let us hear from our communities. Should we not uplift this young hero? Which one of us would have been brave enough to do what he did? Not me. I would still be running.
