EDITOR – We were so pleased to read about the ratepayers cleaning up the Warner Beach area.
It is such a pleasure to take visitors to the Gateway, Ridge and Umhlanga Beach boardwalk areas.
There is no litter, the verges are cut and trimmed and the beaches are clean. This is not in a foreign country but only 60km away. They have the same challenges that we have in Toti. We are suggesting that the municipality hires a bus to take all our municipal employees to Umhlanga to see what is possible and have a meeting with them to learn how it should be done.
