EDITOR – Business seems to be on the ‘up’ in the Warner Beach area.
I phoned a local electrical company in Warner Beach on 8 September looking for a quotation for a certificate of compliance (COC).
The receptionist replied, and I quote: “I am very embarrassed to say this but the owner has told me not to take on anymore work as they are finding it very hard to deliver the work they currently have on their books. In other words, they have taken on more work than they can handle with the resources available.”
What intrigues me is that when we ask service providers from outside of our area to deliver, we are shouted down as we are not using local.
I know what route I will be taking in future.

At leat the company in question was honest about the fact that they would not get to the job in a reasonable time frame……
