CCTV footage show the moment a cash-in-transit security guard was robbed in a busy shopping centre.
A CASH-in-transit security guard was robbed of the cash he had just collected from a shop in the Isipingo CBD and his service pistol, by three suspects on February 21.

Provincial police spokesperson Colonel Robert Netshiunda said the suspects fled the scene, but were later cornered in a house in Umlazi and a shoot-out ensued, leaving two of the suspects dead. Two other men who were in the house managed to flee and evade arrest.
