Car rolls on the N2, Doonside
The downpour in Amanzimtoti earlier today is believed to be the cause of the accident.
A SINGLE-CAR accident occurred on the N2 northbound carriageway just before the Seadoone Road off-ramp in Doonside this morning.

According to the available information, the accident happened just before 09:00 when the car lost control and rolled into the centre median because of the wet road. Paramedics responded to the scene, but no serious injuries were reported.
eThekwini Municipality has asked drivers to exercise caution on the wet roads and be courteous to other motorists as rains are expected to continue over the next few days.
