The FPB was established under the Films and Publications Act to regulate the creation, possession, classification and distribution of movies, music, video games, and television programs.
A statement from the FPB said a total of 1 076 DVDs were seized during the operation.
“This was to protect children from buying disks that contain pornographic content and that are not classified,” it said.
The suspect was booked at the Isipingo police station for further processing.
