eThekwini contact centre phone lines down

An update will be given once the fault has been sorted.

ETHEKWINI Municipality has issued a notice to all their customers that telephone lines at their contact centres are offline today, July 4.

They said technicians are working to resolve the issue, and an announcement will be made as soon as they are up and running.

To report electricity faults, customers can send WhatsApp messages to 076 791 2449, or send an email to: Electricity.Faults@durban.gov.za.
